Both. When you set up your workspace you choose your course mode: start day one with the pre-installed OREL course library, or build your own courses with our drag-free builder and AI assistant. You can also blend both over time.

Yes. Every certificate carries a unique serial and a public verification link. Anyone you share it with (an auditor, a client, a regulator) can open the link and see that the certificate is authentic, with no login required.

You will never be blocked mid-training. When you hit your plan's learner seats, adding more users prompts an upgrade first. Only active learners count toward your seat: deactivating a departed employee frees their seat immediately, and admins and instructors are always free.

Yes. Each organization's data is strictly isolated and only visible inside your own workspace. The AI course-creator runs on our own private server hardware, so your course content never goes to third-party AI providers.

Pro plans and above support SSO (OIDC, works with Google Workspace, Microsoft Entra ID, and Okta) and SCIM provisioning from your HR system. Exports are CSV, ready for any audit or BI tool.

Yes. Plans are managed inside your workspace and you can move up or down between tiers as your team changes. Downgrades only ask that your active learner count fits the new plan.
